Siddhant Bhandari
Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer
Siddhant leads investment strategy and portfolio construction for SOIC Global and Persistence Capital. Prior to founding Persistence Capital, Siddhant spent over a decade in global finance — including roles at Highwest Global Management (hedge fund), Capital International (private equity), Sequoia Capital (venture capital), and Lazard (M&A). He holds a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University.
Ishmohit Arora
Co-Founder & Head of Research
Ishmohit leads the research function for SOIC Global and is the founder of SOIC — one of India's largest investment education and research communities with over 25,000 paid members. He is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst and has been publishing deep-dive investment research since 2020. Ishmohit heads research at Persistence Capital and has built a reputation for rigorous, fundamental analysis across Indian and global markets.
